gaydon GTG update

Its now only 5 weeks till the GTG at the Motor Heritage centre. I thought I should do a reality check as it would appear that there are only 24 people interested in the Gaydon do, with little activity on this forum to suggest more are possible, and more interested in Ollys GTG in Portsmouth, with many down for both.

Ive had confirmation from the Heritage Centre today that they have our booking, a reserved car park area, and 2 people to show us around the Museum (£6pp)at 11.15 on Sunday morning.

In view of

1. The reduced numbers compared with original estimate (of 30-40) given to the Heritage Museum
2.ditto to Jaguar and Aston
3. the likelyhood that many down will not go to both GTGs
4.Natural attrition for these events

I would appreciate knowing if we still want to do this at Gaydon. I want to be honest with the organisations involved as not to do so will jeopardise any future cooperation for us with these guys.

Could you please therefore review the above thread with your names and confirm you are still up for it. My feeling at the moment is that i should downplay the numbers and put off Jaguar & Aston for another day
