Hi,Could anyone tell me if Comma 75w90 fully synthetic gear oil would be okay for front hubs and rear diff on 2005 ml270

I don't know about the 4WD range but most other recent MB's have moved on to thinner 75W85 for the diff. That won't have been done because the thinner oil reduces wear, it will be for the reduced drag and improved emissions/MPG. Generally in normal diffs 75W90 will do no harm regardless but for limit slip diffs and anything with clutches in like the transfer box be sure to use the correct fluid.
