Gear stuck in park

Hi there.I’ve got problem with my c218 cls 350 cdi.sometimes the gear is stuck on park,it dont reach at all when i want to put on reverse or drive,I’m flipping the gear selector up and down and nothing happen.i need to switch off the engine and start back again and gears are back working again.its the 7-G tropic gear box

I had that a few times on older e class’s but I got a indi to do gearbox flush and new fluid and was always lucky and it cured them. I wonder has yours had or due a fluid change.
