Gearbox repair recommendation

Could you recommend a good place to diagnose/repair gearbox 722.9
I live in Oxford.

As above - the first time I went there they magically turned £1,600 of 'essential' work identified by Mercedes in Oxford into a couple of hundred quid and a list of things that were not needed at all. I've been happy to trust them since!
