Hi guys, have a quick 10 mins this early eve to get a small write up on Palmballs ML63 that came into me a while back. MBClub member Palmball did put up some of his own photos of the car after I finished it, which can be found here:

http://www.mbclub.co.uk/forums/detailing/178381-ml63-amg-gemcleand.html

But here's what I done to get it there. This was strictly book in for and exterior Gtechniq Advanced CS TSP package. So not the usual signature correction detail. But this detail still comes with a single stage machine polish to make sure the surface is perfectly smooth for the advanced tsp's.

This was the car on arrival. Usual white paint problems. Looks of organic & chemical fall out with the benifit of alot of road Tar.

Engine bay had a suprising amount of dirt and mud in it, so though it wasnt something Palmball asked about, I couldnt leave this like it.

This was then rinsed at 60'c and then treated to a chemical bath to remove industrial fallout. As suspected lots of industrial fall out, stoppong the vehicle from having a smooth surface:

The piano black pillars were looking pretty bad, but its a common issue on a compound thats so soft. These were corrected via the mini bigfoot:

After the vehicle was given a single stage machine polish, it was onto getting the wheels off, and cleaning the calipers to prep them for glass coating:

These were treated to surfex HD, scrubbed and rinsed at 60'c inside and out. This process was then repeated with bilberry wheel cleaner:
