Does this allow use of a Bluetooth phone like an android phone in the car? Second question: will it fit my S320cdi? If yes to both then I'm interested 
This is the cradle that is used if you have mobile phone pre-wiring as an option. It 'snaps' into the adaptor in the arm rest and uses Bluetooth yes, but also charges your phone when in the cradle, and uses the built-in antenna fitted to the car. This in effect ensures a better signal quality/ and or strength.
I can't say whether it will fit your S Class or not. It was fitted to my W204 C Class, and worked well.

Ok thanks, I'll have to search if that part number is compatible. I have the telephone option and there is an adaptor/connector under the arm rest, and phone buttons on the steering wheel. I was told it was for a Nokia 6310i but maybe this will work.
