What is the best method for getting biro off the cream connolly hide? I tried some supaguard leather cleaner but no joy. Any ideas?

Isoproyl alchohol or meths will disolve the ink but not damage the leather, but try it on an inconspicuous area first.

Perfume on a cotton bud (was what I tried and a bit of googling - did the job).

cheers folks

Meguiars leather cleaner got an ink stain (looked like biro - bought the car like it) out of one of my seats.

Biro on cream leather in a volvo 850 we once had, was removed by soaking a soft cloth in of all things milk. Then gently rub out the mark ;)

Big releif for me.. It was a hire vehicle:D

Joking apart......does it make any difference if its full fat or semi skimmed?

Don't really know
Mrs Ringway got the tip from one of those 1000 household tips books (that I said was naff) and in desperation we tried it and bingo;)

Maybe it worked because it was Cream leather :o

I suppose we could have used udder methods :o

I'll get mi cowt..

Regards (Ernie) :o

I'm sure there is a method; my local dealer got biro over the leather of my W203, not overly amused was I, but they did clean it off
