getting error message locak drivers seat CLK

I am getting this message on the drivers info panel even though the seat appears to be in position on my W209.

Is this common and any suggestions of how to cure it and is there a switch that may be jammed ?

Ok Its fixed

the wife decided to have a look herself (struggles to even open the door normally and moved the seat checked underneath and now its fine :-(

sorry for the late reply - Mine does this occasionally. I usually lift the seat (pull the back rest forward) and re seat it and it seems to be fine afterwards.
