A speeding ticket is never a welcome addition to the morning's post - especially when your car hasn't even moved! But that's just what happened to one unlucky Nottingham motorist, not once but twice! The dismayed driver had to park on the street outside his home...just under a speed camera. Problems arose when other drivers sped past, triggering the camera which then clocked his stationary car. The result was a ticket through the door after traffic officers failed to spot the car wasn't moving when processing the print. Police saw sense and cancelled both fines whilst also promising to provide staff with extra training to prevent future fines being issued.

I should imagine that they are processing billions of these things per second so probably an easy mistake....still, something you should certainly inform the newspapers about....
