Apparently my GLC needs new rear pads after just 21k mikes from new.
Warning popped up on dash a week or so again, dealer had it today and says it needs new rear pads, I'm somewhat stunned, 21k......surely they are kidding......no, ok.
Whats more they want some silly sum of money to fit the same 'genuine part' pads, which I can only assume are made of cheese!
I had read something suggesting a tech bulletin for GLC rear brakes but dealer knows nothing.
Anyway its off to a locally regarded MB specialist to have some decent pads fitted at a sensible price.
So far in 2.5 years of ownership thats new tyres all round under warranty, air bag recall (where dealer couldn't manage to refit steering wheel centrally) and now pads at 21k......this may be my last MB.......
