GLE AMG recalled replacement part taking forever to be supplied , no courtesy car offered in Nottingham garage.

My GLE AMG is spending its 6th week in Nottingham Mercedes Benz garage waiting for replacement part damaged by recalled steering rack screws, can I get any help, garage claimed they are waiting for parts, no replacement car was offered.

Shocking. This is a recall issue. Speak to MB customer service. You should definitely have a loan car until yours is fixed.

Same with Mercedes Norwich. I need to book a courtesy car about 4 weeks in advance.

As @jdrrco says, talk with MB Customer Service and ask for their help. Suggest that they rent a car for you if they say they don’t have any courtesy cars.

Also, if the car is on finance, it may be worth discussing it’s extended unavailability with them.
