Interesting. X6 rival?

X6 replica - don't see the point really. Why follow BMW down the same road?

Very much dislike the X6 and, unsurprisingly, very much dislike this as well. A car that can't make up its mind about what it wants to be....

A car for every niche...........sadly.

I quite like its looks but then I also like the look of X6's....and this looks like an X6 body double.

Is this made in Munich?

The X6 is such a pointless car it's unreal. It drives exactly the same as the X5 but has less room and less seats. It's no better on fuel and no faster.
Having recently driven a 35d I was impressed with the drive until my friend told me that he paid £35,000 for an 09 plate car last year.

It commands a hefty premium though and they sell very quickly. Guess some people only care about looks.

Incidentally I also think the X5 is better looking - better proportions.

Due to be called: ML Coupe + Model code C292

But some people prefer the looks of it.

To me the X6 is pointless, but then so is the X5, new ML, Cayenne etc. because they have crap load space, compared to our old W163 or a Disco etc.

But then you can say the same about a saloon.
The X6 and this is just the saloon of the SUV world really. You could argue that everyone who buys a saloon is stupid because the estate would have been so much more practical day to day.

I like we have these options, might not be my choice, but at least there are options there.

If you don't like it - its not designed for you.

I think you will find the niche market for these is for large Americans with "food issues" They will probably be made in the Mercedes BEHEMOTH factory in Tuscaloosa Alabama.
