Who do we owe the money to?

The countries who make things and have resources.

So the likes of China, Norway, Libya, Brazil, Russia, UAE etc.

Sadly we don't make anything any more or have any resources anyone wants, it's difficult to see how our country will not go bankrupt and end up in a similar state to Somalia.
