C63 507 Estate - Gone...
One of the clips for holding a pen is busted on my W204 glovebox lid and they don't seem to be a part you can purchase so would anyone have one from a scrap glovebox lid they could spare?

Hi. They appear to be moulded to the lid. I have on a variety of cars perchased ' pen clip ' from flea bay and stuck it to the lid. A myriad available.

I had one of the two missing, when I bought the car - got it from my local MB for £2.16 ... Judging by the part number it’s not for W204 though: A2036890214 - it’s a simple “push in and turn 90 degrees” thingy

OP should be OK, my copy of EPC lists A2036890214 as the penholder clip for W204s as well as for W203, W209, W222, W169, W246, W212, W231, W245 and so on. Two required per pen.

Yup, bought this for my W204, P/N A2036890214, €2.15 each from a German online shop.

...a quick Google search suggests that the same clips are used on a range of MB models.

As per Codger49 and my previous post, this is the P/N also for W204 (and several other models).

Yes, I knew it is, as I have it in 169, just wasn’t sure about 204 ...

Thanks all!!! I spent ages on EPC yesterday trying to find it but could only see the glovebox lid assembly. Need more practice I think!

Just checked again - if I use my VIN it doesn't show up but if I just use the model code I can see it and get the part number.... Weird!

If you use your VIN, then any item that is not availavle on your car should still show on the diagram, but it would be greyed-out and you will not be able to click on it and see it's part number.

Yep, that's what I found. Weird as they're definitely fitted to my car...anyway at least you guys have pointed me in the right direction. Next job, figure out why one pop out bag hook in the boot won't pop back in again...
