Glow plug light A180 CDI

Hi first time poster. I have an A180 CDI 2015 and the glow plug light came on approx 4 days ago and hasn't gone off. I have a keyless go system and it has stopped working. I now have to put the key in the ignition. I contacted Mercedes in Glasgow but they want £100 just for a diagnostic report. can anyone please advise how I resolve this?
