Godamn Hotmail

We use a hotmail account in work, and when we receive e mail from a new person, it asks "mark this account safe" which we have been doing, it now tells us that the list is full. How do we edit the lisy, I have been looking on and off for days, help please.

to the top right of your screen thre is a "options" tab...click this, then "more options", then under "junk email" click on "safe and blocked senders"

can then delete blocked senders to clear more space
