This has been asked sooooo many times I'm sure but I havnt found any constructive answers. I have a 2007 ml280 edition s (crap one), it had the stupid "Nokia" lead in the arm rest and that's it! I understand that the ONLY way to connect my iphone 6 is to spend a million pounds on a bluetooth cradle, but I spoke to 2 local car sound guys who said they are utter balls. So long story short, How do I play music through my car? I don't care about leads hanging around. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers

A 2007 ML should have UHI. So you should be able to remove the cradle by sliding it backward whilst pressing in the little button on the fascia.
If you want bluetooth for phone, add a bluetooth cradle such as https://www.commandonline.co.uk/viseeo_mb4.html

But this does not sort the music. You need an iPod kit for that, if it doesn't have one already. Is there a white or black 40 pin connector in main glovebox? You need to add that, and then add a lightning converter for the iPhone6 or a tune2air to get bluetooth music

Yea I just have a lead that's it. The bluetooth cradle is what I was trying to avoid, is there anyway of just having an aux lead from the head unit?

If you have comand there should be a 3.5mm aux socket in the glove box. connect a male to male 3.5mm jack to this and to the phone then select AUX from the audio menu.

If you dont have the AUX socket you can buy one here;
