Good indy in either Wandsworth/Wimbledon or Guildford areas?

Hi,

Newbie here but have been on a few times to check out some other info and older posts! Thanks for all the help so far! I was hoping to get some advice.

I have a w204 2008 C220 CDI auto which I bought last year, and its saying a service B is due in 20 days!

Oil, and the oil and Fuel filters were changed when I bought it in July at about 19.5k (from a Saab dealer) but its done another 8k since then. According to the book the break fluid was done in march 2010. AFT never done.

So, my first questions are - do you think the break fluid needs doing again so soon? Also, is it likley the AFT will need doing?

Second question is can anyone recommend a good indy specialist? I live in Wandsworth but work in Guildford so idealy want somewhere at either of those locations - I would rather avoid the cost of MB Guildford or Brooklands!

I have seen a couple of recommendations for James Leigh in merton, but its going to be a pain getting the car there during the week! MercMedics in Send a similar story though they are sort of "on the way" to work, I would have to sort a taxi to and from and by the time I have spend the money on that I might as well have gone to the franchise dealer!

Thanks Howard, I saw them too but its the issue of getting the car there in the morning and then getting to work - I tried calling them today but no answer, so I guess they don't work Saturdays.

No , i don't think they do.

I'm pretty sure they could lend a courtesy car .

PCS at Horndean and Ollie will run you to, and pick you up from, his local station and get a train back up to Guildford
