That is by far the funniest thing i have seen in ages - reminds me of when i was 17 !

Those mods are clearly worth more than the car....

Good to see a proper joke. I see far too many that aren't.

Near where I work I have twice seen two young lads in a ordinary blue Ford MK5 Escort saloon, LX model, regular hub caps etc, but with a massive Fast and Furious style ally spoiler!!
I was cracking up when I saw them at the lights the other day and they seemed most distressed when it became apparent I was laughing at them!!

that has to be one of the best posts ive read for a while, gave me stomach pains laughing

that bloke owes me 75 quid for a vaux carlton I sold him (which he blew up 2 weeks later)

have you seen my astramax on migweb?

 no!! - I'll have to join for that I guess :D

But it crossed my mind - wish I'd seen this before shelling out for my new silver grille - bit of chicken wire would have been a proper job :D :D :D

'
the finer points:-
tax disc held with gaffa tape
cavalier Mk2 grille (on an astra) held with self tappers
cobra stripes (made from gaffa tape)
2 litre 16V engine - approx 185 bhp (instead of the std 65bhp diesel)
GTE spoiler at rear
helicoper fuel control panel re-wired as all controls (so ' fuel dump' is left indicator, etc etc)
