Google maps on the blink & iphone update

What's the deal with Google Maps?

It's not working like it used to.
You zoom in and all the roads and labels disappear!

Don't think much of the latest iphone update either

If your iPhone update is to iOS 8, then I agree with you. Even iOS 8.2 is still creating problems. I put it on my iPad and lost my internet connection. Had to do a complete reset to get things working again. As a result and because of other reports, I have resisted updating my iPhone.

Yeah, I updated both the iOS 8 updates and they are both crap.
Everything is running slower

I recently found I don't need sat nav or Google maps ,just bring rash with you and all routes sorted !
