Spotted this today, it looks gorgeous but looks unloved.

I was tempted to knock on the door and make the owner an offer to buy it. Apart from a new front wing and a general tidy up it looks great.

I had one of those a few years ago. I bought it from a drunk and skint ex pat in a bar in Skiathos at about 4 o’clock in the morning!! No paperwork and no questions asked!!

He drove it out from the UK and was skint so he needed some wedge.

Ah yeh sorry, should have said S124.

It’s nice to see it still on the road and being used, but could do with a tidy up. The front arch in particular needs replacing. It’s held on with cellotape!

How much did you pay for it?

6-700 euros back in 2009. It wasn’t in brilliant nick but it managed to get him from the UK to Skiathos with no hiccups. It was a 220.
