got my rieger kit! how put it on?

so glad, ive got my rieger tuning kit but i got it from ebay seller joy tuning. thing is i dont quite know how to put it on? shouldnt it come with any fixings?

is it suppose to be seperate or go on top of my normal side skirts? (they are original prefacelift black ones)

do i have to glue it on?
can anyone recomend any body shops in the birmingham area?
