Got that itch again!

A Mitsubishi Carisma with even less carisma than the actual Mitsubishi ...

The new 3 is truly an awful soulless nasty piece of 'design'.

RE BMW. I have driven the new 3 series and it is up there as "a car I could own" .

OK time to chip in :D
R2D2......got to be SAAB 9-5 Aero all the way.. 260bhp 350 Nm ... Just drive one, thats all I ask. You will be parting with your cash the first time you hit the motorway slip road and floor the demo car. JUST Awsome
As a major bonus you will have good fuel economy and good insurance rates not to mention much better dealers ;)
155 mph Top speed. 0 to 60 mph: 6.5
MPG: 21.4/41.0/30.7

Tough call R2. You have done a lot to that car so whatever you choose should you replace it you need to think carefully and make the right decision.

Just depends on how much you are looking to spend. I would go for a nice big engine though. If you want to buy new dont know what to say I personally wouldnt buy new as you can let someone else take the hit on the depreciation but then if youve got a spare £50, £60, £70K to spend on a nice new AMG then there must be some feel good factor that comes along with it.

A hell of a lot to choose from.

Dont like the new BMW 3 but love the 5
Audi A4 Superb

Decisions Decisions.

I rang MB direct about a pre registered car with 2k on the clock and they said "we cant find it, it must have been 20k not 2k, Sorry" :(

I must be mad, its December 31st and I've just finished waxing the car at 10am .....just in case!

You knew I was going to reply to this Fuzzer so here it goes :D

Why is it all Diesel owners slag off LPG?? Whilst LPG owners do not slag off Diesel

Driving an oil burner does not excite me either!! but I do not keep going on about it! I see the benifits from both sides but like to let people know about LPG before being bulldosed by people into buying Diesel.

I ran a C220 CDI for 3 years so I have been on 'the other side' and I now save way over £200 per month vs. the Diesel (now in an E-Class, larger car) with 30k per year so it works for me. And I prefer the quieter motorway driving!

Huge extra bills down the line?? for what exactly?? Servicing intervalls can be extended by +5k as oil stays cleaner, engine wear is reduced due to LPG running smoother (at over 100 RON) and hardly any carbon emmisions, let alone the enviroment benifits vs. ULP/Diesel.

Devalues the car?? 2nd hand sales of LPG cars is way above the average guide prices. Or you can take the kit off and use it on the next car in most cases!

I know there are only 2-3 LPG Merc users on here (who sing its praises) thus we dont have the backing that the 'Diesel masses' have but some of us have owned Diesel in the past. How many Diesel owners have had LPG?

If you have proof of any of the above that you have said then its fair comment, if not people should know this is only 'your personal view' not fact.

Agreed, my ML cost only slightly more to put fuel in it than my 306 hdi - I know which I prefer - the purr of a V6 or the clatter of a Diesel.....

Just back from driving the new w203 facelift model in Advantgarde Se trim with black leather and phone installed so that you can use it from the radio (cool!). If anyone wants my car now is a good time to mention it!

Glad you liked it :)

It was no faster than mine but it is more refined and the build quality seemed better than two years ago when i reached this point!
