Got that itch again!

Apparently behind the controls for the airvents is some wiring points to illuminate the controls for the vents. Steve is going to find out why in the uk we dont seem to fit them and then do it if possible.

The W210 has this,..or am I missing something.

WooHoo. I just notified my insurer that I'm changing car and they said Ok your new premium is -£50 so we'll send you a refund!!

Well done Greg, sounds like a nice car. Pictures when you're ready.

How many miles has the new steed got on it, or did I miss that in a previous reply?

Cheers Sym, I did look at the three series but I think mine looks better (IMHO)!

Looks fabulous G - wish I would get to see it on 11th :(

can't wait to see your pics :D

Cheers Pammy! I think it looks quite sporty and I like the colour, yes there are a lot of silver cars but not without reason;)

I think my wife was hoping that was the case! I think the new interior is really well made and looks great.

Well done Greg. Looks really good.

I think you'll find the handling on the W203 way way better than the W202.

Nice purchase. Have some rep for staying with MB even when those around you defect

I must admit Alfie the revised "Direct Control" handling blew me away! It makes the car feel really in touch with the road without mucking up the refinement. IMHO the sportpack is a bit hard riding and is fine for a sports car but we thought it was a bit fidgetty for a family car. The Advantgarde was sporty enough for a car I do a lot of driving in.

tee hee

so much for the primer ........ what colour are you going to get it painted?

Andy

at least I wont have to wash it 3 times a week!
