GPS/GSM Aerial's

I have 6 brand new combined GPS/GSM aerials, internal mount/covert low profile, check link for specs....

Are they dual band ? And is the GSM connector FME, or mini-UHF ?

They are certainly FME on both connectors, I will have to check if they are dual band or not. I can't do that until tomorrow evening.

I suspect not as they have come from vehicle tracking systems that have a vodaphone SIM with them and that is probably a single band requirement.

By the way I have the tracking systems as well 6 of them brand new and unused with the SIM cards. Any use to anyone?

Do you have the tracking monitoring stuff as well?

Well were currently working on that bit, I have a mate whos well up on comms etc and he will be playing with one of them to try and get it working.

It's all GPS/GPS/SMS etc, with a data service as well.


I can't remember the name of the tracking unit. But Opal rings a bell.

OK, the units are Telematics Orchid DX50-ST

No idea how proprietry they are or if they can be enabled for private use.
