GPS probs....no sats!

Yes, just you now. I am awake, I know Steve and Vinay have roof mounted arials NOW, but previously they had them like Shudes.

I had a roof mounted aerial too ..

My instrument cluster mounted (wedged between foam lining and top of dash cluster) aerial works just fine . . 8 sats most of the time - but anything thicker wouldn't fit there . . . fortunate that the MB aerial is so thin.

on the C class I've mounted a generic GPS antenna above the instrument cluster an just to the left. I struggled to get the slim MB one to fit due to the curvature of the 203 binnacle could not get the cluster to go back properly .

Had 8 sats this morning ! but varied down to 4 .
