At least they are both actually working!

I went past that awful 'rolling road' resurfacing scheme on the A24 just South of Washington yesterday. Out of nine workers only one was actually doing anything. He was turning a handle on the machine that lays the tarmac. The other eight were standing around doing absolutely diddly squat.

just for the record it is a photoshop job (not even a very good one) and it's the bollard furthest to the right that's the fake

take another look around the base of it and compare it to the others and the line of the paving stlabs leading up to it
