Grill removal

I want to change my front grill on a 2015 W205. I’ve seen a video on YouTube showing a guy changing the grills over without taking the front bumper off.
Has anyone managed to do this?

I too watched that video & don't know how he managed it. Even after removing the bumper the grill is still hard to remove as the plastic clips holding it in place are extremely stiff & much prying with screwdrivers is required. It makes it a lot easier to remove the bumper which took me about 20 minutes, so not that big a deal.

Impossible, I just changed mines today, there is no way you can get to the bottom clips and if you could chances are you will cause damage, even with bumper off the car the clips are very difficult.
