Not seen @IanMBFORUM on all week so no update from him.

I decided to ask iCarsfoft who the "official" reseller in the UK is, not had any reply from either US or EU sites via email!

Also asked UK Parts Direct (say they are official), best they can do is £231.

LJM Car Diagnostics (also official) though have said they can do £205 if we can have 12 people to pay through their web site or Paypal.

Not the deal we had but then we don't have 20 orders so a compromise.

I'm still in at £205 if Ian can't come up with any better.

iCarsoft seem to have a problem replying to the simplest of questions (official UK dealer).

Still no reply, sent again to US & EU to their info and order email addresses.

Dread to think what their support is like if this is their sales!

Don't think so, @IanMBFORUM who had the initial price not been seen since January 20th.

Best I could do was £205 from the firm I mentioned earlier.

I've tried emailing and most recently calling (number answers then rings out) iCarsoft in the USA all to simply ask who the official UK seller is.

All have went without any reply so for me I'm starting to think they can go...............

Just got a reply from iCarsoft (USA), been off for Chinese New Year.

Official seller in the UK is UK Parts Direct.

Not sure if still in. I purchased a Autocom+ (Wurth / Delphi) unit from eBay for £30 and it works quite well and manages to find quite a few Mercedes modules clears faults too. So unless this is extraordinarily better I may be out... anyone got a feature list. At 200£ it’s not far off clone Star C3/C4 money.

Yes, but it is a lot more convenient to just plug 1 small device in, with my Star I have to plug the 38p/16p in, then plug that into the MUX, then plug the other side into the laptop serial port.

Totally agree with the above. Hence my interest still.

The Autocom Delphi / Worth is a decent unit as it features bluetooth. And I’m using a very lightweight laptop I had spare.

I have a HP tablet so will also give that a go. As that could be an ideal form factor and size.
