    That will be me then.

If you know what the process and products are, you'll know I'm looking forward to it, commencing Tuesday:

    £650...5 year warranty...no brainer!

If I think of what I've paid out on gear for cleaning the car this year should have gone down this route.

Sure you will but please post when work is done!

I applied G|Techniq coatings to my last car and I must say, silver never looked so good - it looked dripping wet and nothing stuck - not even snow foam...

After 6 months, I was bored stiff though, you don't need to do anything, just wash, dry and that's you done. I actually missed applying coats of wax/sealant.

Certainly will - I'm hoping they will do a process by process photo shoot.

Tomorrow is D (detail) day commencement.

I suspect a photo shoot will follow and so it should lovely car.

If I ever get round to finally putting my GTechniq (C5 and G1) stuff on myself I'll post and let everyone have a good laugh at how not to do it!

    Have fun with the detail!

Looks like a good deal for the time and money although I'd be tempted to trade some of the interior items and get the wheel and glass coatings applied. Perhaps they do these as an option. The Gtechniq Wheel Armour and ClearVision glass treatments are very good.

I'm sure it'll be super shiny and look amazing.

Sounds amazing! I am watching closely here as my C63 was bought approved from MB and it's absolutely desperate for a detail and I am thinking I may as well have a Gtechniq coat done too!

That is a big improvement showing already. The car should look fantastic when completed. Looks like money well spent.

Dark coloured cars always look amazing after a proper machine polishing and detailing session.... looking forward to the pics.

Sealants are def the way to go and they're far more durable too. Plus you can always apply a layer of wax on top for added depth of shine.

Well guys, I was actually a bit nervous of my collection today - would the reality live up to the expectation etc., but I needn't have been.

It looks really fab -a super deep Obsidian shine over the entire car.

The bolt on's over the standard silver detail, referred to on FB, were glass treatment with G1 and wheel removal/clean/treatment with C5.

Here's one of the FB shots referred to above, whilst I wait for the complete set of process photos to be sent to me.

I can recommend Russ and the guys at https://www.facebook.com/MidlandsCarCare to the forum :thumb:.
