I have a few little scuffs on one of my new AMG alloys. Only little but would like to get it seen to if there's anyone about! No idea how it got there as only I drive the car... must've been a trolley at Tesco's or something...

Would like to polish up the old centre caps too if possible?

After the meet would anyone be up for a meal out/drinks etc or even the night before for those of us travelling. It was mentioned on the other forum and seemed a nice idea.

But if you could pencil me in young sir as a definite maybe.
The jalopy will be close to its next service by then (A).

Recalling Ollies GTG last year - which BTW was absolutely fantastic - (Note to *** - if the nibbles and canapés are anything like last years you won't have room to go out for a meal after the meet) Anyway I digress.
It was mentioned then that perhaps having sticky labels with your forum moniker on would help people know who is who. Perhaps also with your "real" name on as well. It can and does help "break the ice" because most of us wont know anyone from Adam. All that is needed is a sheet of sticky labels and a pen. People can write their own labels when they arrive.

You'll understand my comment re the meal when we meet, if you're ever on the other forum ask the poster with the greatest number of posts about how much I eat....for a skinny wee fella I can put a good deal of food away :bannana:

Anyhow I will be staying in portsmouth for 2 nights to make it more of a "weekend" as its a long journey so meal/drinks the night before wouldn't be so bad either.

Concesus on the other place is a meal, can be light for those of lesser appetites and drinks, for those not leaving portsmouth after the GTG.

I can recommend a fantastic resturant and hotel nearby. google "The Trooper inn Froxfield" The food is A1 and the place has a great atmosphere.
