Hi guys,
I recently had to replace my rear brake lines (don't ask, they were fine, but the MOT man was obviously having an bad day
). Anyhow, I thought others might appreciate a write up so here it is:
How to replace rusty brake pipes or brake lines in a Mercedes E-Class (W210) and other cars
The job was easy despite it being MB, it took an afternoon and cost around £25, it'd probably cost nearer £60 if you need to buy the tools. Thanks for all the info posted on the forums - it's really helped me since I bought my E, hopefully this guide will help some other unlucky owner who's just failed the MOT!
