Hi guys

I've just had to do the lower ball joints on my E (W210) which was a wee bit annoying as I'd just had it up to do the brake pipes... should have looked at them at the time....

Anyway, here's a quick guide that shows you how to replace or repair them (yup, repair is sometimes possible and costs just 50p) - although it specifically relates to the W210 the technique is broadly applicable to other models. The whole job is very easy on this model and suitable for a complete DIY novice, it should take about 15-30 mins a side depending on your level of experience (TBH one side took me 10 mins but the other took 40 mins so luck has a little part to play as well! :p).
