Guys what is missing from this picture

Could anyone tell me what is missing or broken from this boot fuse compartment ? It's a w211 e320 cdi 08 model.

From memory of my 2005 S211, is there a drive there for loading the COMAND mapping DVDs?

Drive seems to be there but there is a hole on the top left .. wanted to know what is missing there ?

You are missing side panel cover item 8

A 211 693 01 17 or
A 211 693 05 17
