H&R Springs

We have just been fitting a set of H&R springs to the C55. They are 25mm lower than standard and retail at a whopping £300.

Apologies for hijacking the thread but has the grill been painted black on that car? If so was it powder coated or just sprayed?

Looks very mean, I want to get mine done the same.... did you remove the chrome slats before spraying?

You put H&R's on my CLK500 Olly... transformed the car and more comfortable than standard i thought....

A B12 kit probably consists of H&R springs... no?

Looks good, but I don't see much difference (in height) with standard OE springs... What size pads did you place front and back?

It does look slightly lower in the flesh - not OTT but a little lower than Olly's C43

H&R are top quality, certainly better than OEM. I guess any fine tuning of ride height can be done with the OE spring pads anyway

Nope, just roughed them up a bit

Number one all round. It is 25mm lower than standard

The B12 kit comes with springs and shocks. The springs are made by Eibach

I have fitted a B12 kit with both H&R and Eibach springs in the box

They are standard 17", now if Jack had a set of E55 210 18" Monoblock's ( Like Olly's C43 ) they would really fill the arches

the 18's staggered will kill it! will look sublime. yep just like Olly's
