H7 Bulb Replacement W639

I’m having a real problem trying to change my H7 bulb. Here is a picture of the rear of the connector. Can anyone tell me how to replace the bulb. Not one of the headlights but the Fog light. I just can’t work out this connector. Do I need to loosen the Torx screws then turn the bulb holder? Or Do I prise the hinged flap on the back of the connector?

IIRC you do need to loosen the Torx screws (there should be a matching screwdriver in the toolkit) - does the handbook give any details?

Mine is a pre-facelift so has different light clusters.
