Does anyone here use Harry's razors? I am at an early stage of trying them and so far am not overly impressed.

Been thinking about Harry's or one of the others.
Not used any yet just waiting for feedback from users.

    What's your issue with them.

Well wet razors are different from man to man or I suppose I should include women as well:rolleyes: ok my beard is soft it is about as far removed from Desperate Dan as you can get ( for younger members Desperate Dan was a comic character who used a blow torch to remove his beard) so I can get away with wet shaving with cheap Wilkinson Sword 10 for £3,and one of those will last me a week, for you tough guy/gals,it is a matter of trying different razors,if you have a steady hand and have the time then a cutthroat and a strop is easily the best way,a old friend with a tough old beard has used one for 40 years ,expensive to buy but you only buy one in your lifetime.

    Yep, one of THOSE !!!
Proper brush (badger hair preferably), good shaving soap (not scooshy stuff from a can) and a proper single blade razor (the Merkur 34C is great) with decent blades (I use Japanese Feather).

    Three pass technique.

Anything else (apart from using a cutthroat razor) is neglecting one’s Gentlemanly standards.

No, I haven’t used Harry’s razors just because I haven’t seen them in local shops. Availability of razor cartridges is a paramount for me so until this changes I’ll keep using Wilkinson Hydro 5.
Why you are not impressed with Harry’s? Online reviews are not so bad tbh.
