You won’t go wrong with Mercland.

I'm sorry 😞 I haven't heard of them but I was never interested in shopping outside of the main dealer, the time comes and I'm looking for an alternative place, it's always worth asking because whoever asks doesn't make mistakes

The diesel 204 sounds like a tractor, purchase a c180 m274 if you can it's butter smooth in comparison.

Do you guys think I can trust them enough to buy a car from them online without a preliminary inspection and have it delivered to my home?
I buy groceries online without inspection, and have them delivered to my home.

I would never, ever buy a car from anyone, without looking at it first myself. (I never use independent inspectors, although I do sometimes take a buddy for a second opinion)

At the most basic level, unless you’ve owned exactly the same thing before, you might not actually like the model in general when you look at it, sit in it, or drive it.

I've looked at Merclands stock online.....not yet seen a petrol car on their stocks!.....obviously derv is their main thing.

Possibly as a decade ago most MBs of this era/type sold were diesels?

And maybe people are keeping hold of their petrol models and diesels are more abundant in the market? :)

I bought my current car sight unseen - not a moments regret. They even resolved a problem a couple of years later!! Best prepped car ever and great to deal with. It's a small family business and it shows, (and the owner Jay loves Mercs)

I bought an ML from them. great car , no issues at all . Would recommend them.
worth giving them a call if you particularly want a petrol model , would imagine Jay could source one given a bit of time

I think its more their choice to trade like that......they have 63 Mercs in stock at the moment....all derv......no way that would happen unless it was not a conscious business decision to specialise in diesel.

Yes , Jay has been an active member here and of various other Mercedes-Benz Clubs for many years .

They are good guys with an outstanding reputation .

Err , Jay has done countless features on his W126 wide body coupe , various W124s , SLs of various generations , W123s etc .

They are no strangers to petrol .
