For those that do not have the QR code stickers inside the fuel flap and adjacent to the Vin sticker in the door shut you can get these stickers from you're local MB dealer, mine actually gave mine to me for my CLS55.
For those interested the Pt. No. for the CLS 219 Chassis is A 219 584 00 00, I would pretty much bet that if you were to replace the 219 in the Pt. No. for the chassis code for another I would say that this then would be the correct number eg. for a C Class 204 you could try A 204 584 00 00.
