Have You Seen Any Interesting Cars On The Road Lately?

Honda's Legend was the basis for the Rover 800.

Honda's Legend was the basis for the Rover 800.

Which is why a normal sized person couldn't fit in.

Only the first Legend was used as the Rover, not later ones, as in these pictures.

The grip of a Legend was...Err.. legendary, for being bad. One of my Bosses changed the tyres a week after having his second one as he thought it was down to the tyres.
Bizzarely, they went on to buy another one, this time the saving grace was they were Coupes.

Sorry, no photo's, but one neighbour has a Citroen traction Avant, two have MGB Roadsters, immaculate, with chrome, one has an original Lotus Elan and a few classic motorbikes, all in regular use.

Going up the M3 the other week, saw a Lamborghini Miura. Never seen one on the road before. Eye-watering lime green too, proper 70s colour.

The week after we were in Italy, saw a gullwing SL300 in a sort of cream colour. Looked immaculate, god know how much that was worth.

No photos as in both instances I was driving.. :fail

Cheers,

Gaz

Yes, an early Legend coupe or a late 3.5. Much more interesting than a lexus. Incredible value for money, unless you bought new:eek:

There's even a showroom condition white Hreg Legend (mk2) local to me.
I think new the first owners would have been senior managers at Honda dealerships and company cars for directors -so none would take that monetary hit as badly .

Saw 65AK today on a lovely red r8 spyder

There's 3 Honda Legends in my area  -is that interesting ?

Not in itself...but that you keep photographing them...yes.;)

Saw this a while back, photographed by my daughter. I still don't know what it's all about.

Is that silver plated, or chromed...?

Not sure but the guy should be shot!

I saw this extremely rare AMG in Reading today. Strangely enough though the DVLA has it down as being a 1.8 diesel

Usual state for an MG - saw this last week, parked up in middle of London roadworks.
