Have You Seen Any Interesting Cars On The Road Lately?

I had a Y reg Tuscan. Bought brand new from TVR up in Arkley. ‘‘Twas a monster.

Nice, did it ever need a rebuild?, I bought one in 2010, it was a W reg silver 4.0 with very dark blue leather, 40k Miles and a TVR Power rebuild in 2006 or 2007, I sold it after about 8 or 9 Months for £12k, has over doubled in value since I'd imagine!.

A nice Morgan 3 parked up next to me in Southport the other week.A2D6C250-D65F-4607-94B0-5C545B515411.jpeg

I'm not a fan of personalised number-plates but I do quite like that, if only because a lot of people will look at it and not realise its significance!

I saw a Vauxhall Firenza recently. I checked on howmanyleft and there are very few remaining.
I saw one - a Droopsnoot - for sale on someone’s drive, maybe 10 years or so ago. It looked to be in very good condition, and was something ridiculous (even then) like £1500. I’d wanted one for years, but listened to Mrs D. Should have had it

This one was a droopsnoot and looked like it was off to a show as very nice condition.
I'll have to check my dashcam as I'm sure it will still be on it.

I didn't realise they were made in such small numbers.

1975 VAUXHALL FIRENZA HPF DROOPSNOOT For Sale by Auction

Got to be a one-off special because I don’t think Ferrari did a 400i cabrio.

I was wondering was it real but in the database 24SF comes up as:
1972 FERRARI 365 GTS4, 4390CC Petrol

Is it a Daytona? I haven’t got my specs with me If so then there were a fair few cabrio’s.
There are a lot of replicas built from a Jag chassis etc.

I think it comes up as that (and not Daytona), as they were never called Daytonas by the factory; they've just become known as Daytonas subsequently (for reasons that I've forgotten and can't be bothered to Google!).

It probably is Darrell, but what a car, looks even better in the flesh!
