How much does it cost for the realignment of a headlamp washer on a Mercedes E2 50 Cabaret 2013 and is this a MOT failure?

Depends on what type of headlights you have?

If it has self levelling Xenon lamps it must have functioning wash to pass MOT , I say 'must' but I seem to remember there is an anomaly in this 'rule' somewhere...
