Hi guys it have found my water leak it's coming from a headlight washer it's performs as it should but water still gently flows out after use and then drains the washer bottle. Does anyone know if I can replace the seals? Or is it a sealed unit

Is it the unit leaking or the connecting pipe? It may have a small split in it.

It's the actual unit is have removed it and once I extend and cover supply unit it pressurizes and then I can see bubbles once I place it under water in the sink

Does anyone know it o ring can be bought separate

Hydraulic workshops/suppliers usually have a huge stock of standard O rings. Worth a try.

Update guys so I was able to buy some washers from my local hardware store and whilst fitted o ring I notice a black plastic cap came from inside the unit looked like the top of a biro pen I looked inside and could see where it came from I pushed it back in place and rebuilt unit all is working well with no leaks, I think the cap was off the return valve
