Help!
I've started, what I thought to be an easy job, changing my headlight bulbs, to find the metal spring clip is now unattached.
I spend around two hours trying to refit it yesterday to no avail.
Dropping it into the headlamp twice.
Good job I have a magnet extension.
Would anyone on here be able give me a pointer please. I've looked at the other headlamp and it looks simple enough, but no!
I'm in the Leeds area and have 'Beer Money' available if anyone's local?

Any picture of it buddy ?

Bloody fiddly is how remember them being. The bottom of the clip "u" (red goes under the red metal red bit and the blue clip bits go in the blue slots if I remember and the yellow bits press the bulb into the holder.
it does help if you have arms that are about 1 in in diameter and can bend any which way.....

They are indeed. It also helps if you have eyes on stalks so you can actually see what is what. BTW, it seems like an obvious thing to say, but make sure the bulb is the correct way up or nothing goes together properly.
But I thought that they went together 't other way up..... 🤔

Thanks guys.
I'll have another go when it stops raining.
If all else fails, my local mechanic can fit me in Tuesday.
I've done dozens of these, but this design has me stumped.
(The red bit is not the same on my car). See my original photos!

Never had a rubic cube then ?

I've finally sorted it.
It is obviously a 'Knack' but it's done.
Much more room available by trying left/right lock, depending on which side your doing.
My left hand looks like Minced Beef now though!
