There is an oem kit for this that costs about £150, believe it or not. DO NOT order all the separate parts. I will try to find the accessory code for it

Originally this feature is one of the less used features if not never used feature. However retrofitting it as a mod would be nice. If you are deciding to go down this path do let us know the outcome and how you get along. Some pictures would be good through the stages too. Has anyone else succesfully completed this mod ?

Gurpz when you say not ever used, I thought people who've fitted xenon headlamps would have this feature fitted. I know Koolvin did get it when he got xenons.

The law says that Xenon lamp cars must have a washer fitted. if the MOT guy picked up on it, it could fail

Correct on the facelift models it came standard with the xenon lights option but that said I wonder anyone who had the option fitted actully used the wash wipe. IIRC I dont think Koolvin retrofitted these on however he did fit in a HID kit. I dont remember seeing the mini wipers on the headlamps last time I saw his car.
Do keep us posted if you decide also to go ahead with this mod NW_Merc.
