Headlight Wipers 230TE

I switched the lights on, and then the wipers, had my brother watch from the front. One side is working the other not, Are they just jammed, need to gove them a good seeing too. Or does it mean a fuse relay.

Headlight wipers on a 124 are wired up in line. I rather suspect the the passengers side wiper motor (just a guess on what side) has seized (search for a thread about servicing / repairing them). They are obtainable from Merc and ECP

The spindle will have seized .

Is it a W123 or a W124 ?

Either way , still likely to be a seized spindle .

I'll give it a go on the weekend, open them and grease them up.

i opened them, and broke some clips, oh well! but they are both very well greased already, better than the rest of the car! one of the wipers do work, but the other i sayingnay
