anyone any ideas why my offside headlight suddenly dropped. Was at firework display had to park car on pavement came back got in it and the light was shining about 2m infront of the car - its a xenon headlight on E220cdi 2006

the motor may have packed in, or the earth broken or come disconnected. there are also to nylon gears that connect motor to level control perhaps they have worn.

hi thanks or the reply - but I got into the car yesterday and the light had corrected itself - I guess the motor had stuck when I wnet up the kerb

must be my lucky day
