Headlights not working 300ce w124??

Hi does anybody have any idea why the headlights are not working as there is no power going to them fog light and side lights work fine? including brakes interior and number plate lights is there a relay for the dipped and main beam?

check the fuses as they can have bad contacts on the ends.
