I got a Mercedes c220 63 reg few weeks ago and trying to get heated seats but don’t know if it comes with the loom, just connected the switch into the dash but still not working anyone help me please

I'm surprised all C63 don't come with heated seats...
That said if the option isn't factory fitted none of the wiring will be present. Not only that even with switches etc., fitted I'm sure coding will be required to get it all working.

The switch doesn’t light up but its part of the cluster with the hazard warning lights and eco mode but where can I get it coded and it’s c220 not c63

Your posts are confusing.

Have you tried to get heated seats working just by installing a switch pack with the buttons for seat heaters or were the switches fitted when you bought the car?

Check it came with heated seats

Enter the VIN here: Mercedes-Benz VIN Decoder

I added the switch my self, I was told the loom would already be in the car but isn’t working, it’s full leather seats and electric

Firstly as in my previous post use the VIN decoder to see what your car left the factory with.

If it did have heated seats then why would you need to add the switch gear? MB do NOT fit looms, heating pads etc unless specified.

Check the original specification and go from there.

Ok so you have added the switch in the hope that the loom was there,I very much doubt the car has the loom, companies who can retro fit MB heated sets make a good living from the fact that you need the entire system fitted, the cheapest way is to buy a decent system of ebay, because basically all these heated seat systems need is fused power,Command on here retro fit the MB system you could contact them to get a rough price,my gut feeling is it will cost at least £1500.

Once you have used the Vin decoder as suggested in Post#4 you will be able to see if heated seats were fitted when the car was built.

If not, Comand do not list retrofit heated seats for a W204 C Class but this company may be able to assist if you really want them.

Fitting a switch won't help if heated seats weren't fitted at build time (and what did you connect the switch to??) and if they were you'd already have individual switches on the dash to heat the seats.
Posting a photo of your dash and the switch you have fitted may help too.
