Heater not hot Mercedes 190e

Hello. I get very badly heated on the driver's side of a Mercedes 190e. Blows cold air from the side and from below.

IIRC the heater duct controls are vacuum operated- you may have a vacuum leak/s the centre dash ducts always blow cold if open
